When will my order be dispatched?

All standard delivery orders will be dispatched within one working day.

All next day delivery orders (placed before 3pm) will be dispatched on the same working day.

What are my delivery options?

Will my order be tracked?

Yes, all orders are sent with end-to-end tracking with the Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking notification in your dispatch email. You can track your parcel here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

When will I know my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email and an SMS notification (if you have opted in for SMS notifications) which will show when your order has been dispatched.

What happens if I am out when my order is delivered?

Don't worry we have all been there. Your courier will leave you a card which you can use to reschedule your delivery for another day of your choosing.

Something Glam is on a mission to revolutionise the way you shop online for clothes. We know that you may not have the biggest of budgets, and that you are probably busy dealing with the various deadlines life throws at you. This is why we want to make online shopping for clothes as easy and fun as possible. 

'In the Know': As fashion lovers, we all know that one of the main perils of shopping online is opening a long-awaited parcel, only to receive an item that barely resembles the one you thought you were getting. This is why Something Glam contains detailed product images, as well as a detailed product description which tells you LITERALLY EVERYTHING about the item (even down to whether an item has functional pockets).  

Care for me: Each product description also includes a detailed care guide, as we believe that you should know how to care for your garment when it arrives (no more surprise dry clean only labels). 

That's quality: We personally know how annoying it is to receive order mistakes when you buy clothes online. This is why every item we sell has been meticulously inspected to make sure that it is in pristine condition. We also double inspect your order before shipment to make 100% sure that your order is correct before you receive it.

We know that occasionally (even with all of these precautions) mistakes can happen. Simply email us at hello@somethingglam.co.uk and we will return/ exchange your item free of charge, as we believe you should never have to pay for the mistakes that a company occasionally makes. 

Returns and exchanges

Buy One Get Two Free T&C's

Add any 3 items to your basket and the two least expensive will be completely free of charge - No Coupon Code Required!

Returns/Exchanges - We offer 30 day returns. Returning items purchased on the "Buy One Get Two Free'' promotion are accepted. If returning for a refund please note that you will need to return all items on your order to be entitled to a refund. In the scenario where you only return 1 or 2 items you will have to pay full price for the item(s) that you have kept.

 Exchanges: You can still exchange 1, 2 or 3 of your items for different sizes.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently only offer to exchange items if you are wishing to change the size of your item(s). Something Glam offers this service for free as we want you to get the best fit possible.

You can exchange an item to us within 30 days from when the order was placed. To be eligible for an exchange, your order must be unused, and in the same condition it was received. It also must contain intact clothing tags.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods e.g. lingerie or makeup products.

How do I carry out a return?

We offer free returns. If you want to refund an item then you can email us at hello@somethingglam.co.ukand  let us know. We can email you a printable shipping label if required. We will make sure you receive your funds ASAP!

Return specifics

You can return an unused item(s) with tags still attached, to us within 60 days from when the order was place.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused, and in the same condition it was received, with intact clothing tags.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods e.g. lingerie or makeup products.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item please email us at hello@somethingglam.co.uk and quote your order number and your item number(s), and we will email a returns label for you to print. Alternatively, we will send you out a returns label and mailing bag. You can return to us via the Royal Mail or Hermes.

Please make sure to complete the returns note that came with your order and include it with the returned item(s) return.

When will I receive the funds from my return?

You will receive an email from us as soon as we have refunded you for your item(s). We will pay the refund money into the original method of payment. It is best to wait three working days before contacting us, as it may time for the funds to be processed by your bank.

Why was my return not accepted?

Regrettably, in some instances where we believe that items have previously been worn, or the item(s) contain unattached tags we will not be able to accept your return. In this case, we will email you and either issue you a partial refund (if appropriate), or resend your item(s) back to you.

Do I need to make an account to shop with Something Glam?

Whilst we would love you to make an account to shop with us, you are more than welcome to check out as a guest!

What does my order status mean?

Confirmed - Your order has been placed

On its way- Your order has been dispatched

Out for delivery - Your order is on its way

Attempted delivery - Your chosen courier has attempted to deliver your parcel, but it was unsuccessful

Cancelled -Your order has been cancelled

Refunded -You have received a refund for either part, or the whole of your order

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?

If you need to change your delivery address after you’ve placed an order please contact us ASAP at hello@somethingglam.co.uk, and we will do our best to make sure that your order is sent to your updated address! 

Please note that this is not possible if your order has been/ is about to be dispatched.  

Which countries/ regions do you deliver to?

Currently, Something Glam only ships to UK mainland.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched, you can cancel or amend your order with us. Please note that amending your order could delay your dispatch time by a day.

What if Something Glam makes a mistake with my order?

If something goes wrong and Something Glam makes a mistake with your order, then please email us ASAP at hello@somethingglam.co.uk, or message us on Instagram or Facebook Messenger (preferably with pictures), and we will get back to you as fast as we can! 

We will then return/ exchange the item for you free of charge, as we believe you should never have to pay for mistakes, that a company occasionally makes.
